About the Project
UAI Food is an app where users can find discounts at new restaurantes through promotional package subscriptions, promoting a new experience for evaluating establishments.

My role 
My work involved translating client needs to crate an app that is intuitive and easy to use. I was in charge of the concept, desk research, UI design and the final handoff of the resulting design system.

Mercado Pago

About the Project
Costs is the section where sellers can check and configure fees to offer interest-free payment options, as well as the processing fees for using the platform and the card machine.

From a quantitative research, several pain points and areas for improvement were identified, which formed the scope of this project. The goal was to make it simpler and easier for sellers to view all fees.

My role 

My work involved several key stages, including data analysis, desk research, benchmarking, and wireframing. I collaborated closely with a content writer to define and choose the best solutions for the project.
The solution was developed for Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Peru, and Uruguay.🇦🇷🇧🇷🇨🇴🇨🇱🇲🇽🇵🇪🇺🇾

About the Project
Discovery phase to identify problems with Shopping Esfera e-commerce website and app.

Through an understanding of the needs of their users and alignment with the company's business objectives, I developed solutions to improve the overall user experience.
 

My role 

Worked on the desk research, user flow analysis, benchmarking, Heuristic Analysis, Heatmap Analysis, Stakeholders Interview and Users Qualitative Interviews.

Becare Link

About the Project
BecareLink apps use AI-driven and clinically-verified assessments to improve detection and monitor neurological dysfunction. Optimizing treatments by acting earlier to reduce neurological disabilities.
 

My role 

Worked on enhancing the visual design of the four BecareLink apps (MS, Neuro, Camp Lejeune, and Health).

Created icons and illustrations that guide users with neurological disabilities to understand and complete necessary tasks in an engaging and accessible way.
